Unabridged Audiobook
Once again, a splendid English play, written by the Doyen of sophistication and upper class morals, has been spoilt by miscasting. One wonders how Mr. Wilde would have reacted upon hearing this most amateur attempt at one of his great plays. American accents, yet again, in a purely English setting is just not acceptable.
Wet well done!
Lady Windermere’s Fan. Excellently read. I’ve been meaning to hear this book for a long time never got around to it until now. Enjoyed it.
Good witty play. Generally well performed although a couple of American accents spoiled the experience.
This play was delightful, narrators were fantastic’ absolutely loved it
I wouldn’t have read it but glad I listened to it. Was very enjoyable. My dad would be proud:)
It was a good story; just wished it was a bit longer. The story made me realize the different capabilities of every stage of an individual’s life.
I love this story. Not fond of all of the narration though. Some of the male voices did not come through clearly and sounded very distant. I have never read Oscar Wilde before and I very much enjoy his wit, and his story lines. Who is actually good and who is actually bad? I do recommend a short story.
