Unabridged Audiobook
With a recent diagnosis at 52 years old, this book was eye opening! I would never have guessed that my "issues" were ADHD. This book helped me put my concerns to rest. It is a pleasure listening to Penn and Kim. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has or knows someone with ADHD. I am already sharing it with people that I know. Thank you!
Loved it! Recommended it to my fellow ADHD’rs.
This was exactly what it promised to be; a refreshing look at ADHD by people who have it. The timing and layout was wonderful, and kept me engaged and thinking the whole time. It was generally positive without being sacrine or disengeous. I would recommend it as a starting point for people who have someone they love with ADHD or who has it themselves.
Wow! Can't wait to read the rest of the series.
This was more like infotainment than I needed. It's unclear if this is an audio production of the book, or an extended dialogue between the authors. It really is more of a biography of the Holderness's marriage. This is very affirming for people with ADHD and somewhat for people who live and work with them. Not everyone will have someone who loves them deeply to stage manage their lives for them, so it would be helpful to have more practical strategies for those of us who don't or can't.
