I found this to be an helpful book for normal day to day struggles. For me, It teaches a lot about how anxiety from things like work and life can be controlled. Some of the material in this book are things I recall hearing growing up. So there is an old school feeling that I have confidence in. Many positive results happen pretty much right away, enjoy.
