It starts out sounding like the book is the result of research into scientific nutrition, but then the book goes completely off the rails. The good: He at least knows about Butyrate and Leptin, although he seems a bit fuzzy about the actual mechanisms. But then he goes into crazy pseudo-science mode, saying eggs and milk are healthy and soy is bad for you. To give you an idea how idiotic this is, eggs and milk contribute cholesterol and saturated fats that feed into most of the top ten leading causes of death, while soy phyto-estrogens actually downregulate the negative estrogenic effects he is so worried about. Also, if you are worried about estrogen, wouldn't you at least be a little bit concerned about the high levels of *actual* estrogen in both milk and eggs? This book is anti-advice. If you read it, then do the opposite.
