Unabridged Audiobook
This book is great—full of insights. It breaks down epidemiology studies and teaches you to question health claims, this alone was gold to me. My only reservation is that it feels a bit biased toward a carnivore diet. It dives deep into studies showing vegetarian diets might do more harm than good but doesn’t explore if an all-meat diet is totally harmless. Still, a great read for understanding diet and health!
