Wicked Ever After

Phew, there's a lot to keep up with as Brea and One-Mile's story concludes. Not as intense as the first book, but it's still suspenseful, and One-Mile is still swoony AF. I loved the narration of book one by Christian Fox and hesitated when realizing that Troy had completed book 2. However, I was pleasantly surprised. He brought a unique take to the Brea and One-Mile. Overall, I enjoyed listening to the conclusion of our couple's story.

Fantastic conclusion! I really enjoyed listening to Wicked as Sin, and Wicked Ever After sealed the deal for me! Happy sigh... I really liked Brea and Pierces story and this one picks up after Wicked As Sin but a misunderstanding at the beginning starts the roller-coaster of emotion, drama, and angst. But One-Mile, aka Pierce, is determined in his love and passion for Brea and works to resolve the issues and keep her safe from his tumultuous and dangerous job. Brea is still finding herself but is finding that every day she is a little stronger. I will still say that Pierce is my favorite character in this book!! But i definitely love him WITH brea!! Love to see that they got their happily ever after!! I listened to this audio book, and do i ever have to say that Troy Duran, the narrator, really brought this story to life. I was so engrossed at times, i kept forgetting that i had other things i needed to do as well! Fabulous job!! I received an ALC for my honest review!

This is the second book in the Wicked & Devoted Series, and the second part in Pierce "One-Mile" and Brea's story. The story continues where the first book left off. Their story is passionate, filled with angst, and drama. This was an emotional roller coaster ride. I liked the suspense, the mystery, and the twists and turns. This is a great conclusion to Pierce and Brea's story. Troy Duran did an excellent job with the narration. This series has an ongoing plot, and I am looking forward to listening to Wicked as Lies, the next book in the series, to know what happens next. #ValentinePR

The narration by Troy Dunn brought this story to life for me. His voice is easy to listen too and he did justice to the characters and the fabulous story Shayla Bkack wove.

Great story, love all the twists and turns. I love Shayla Black's writing style. This is a wonderful love story. As always Troy Duran did a great job bring my new favorite bad boy to life.

Shayla Black is a fantastic author and I love this series. She has a way of creating characters with deapth who people can relate to. The journey they take from the beginning of the story to the end makes you want to keep on reading (or listening) until the very end.
