Pretty, impecunious Sally Nicholas never dreamed a fortune could prove a disadvantage until she becomes an heiress and watches in bewilderment as her orderly existence goes haywire. This book, representing an early version of an early work by Wodehouse, doesn't measure up to the brilliant works we love. Frederick Davidson's arch voice is a poor match for this work. Although he makes a great Ukridge, he's a terrible Sally.
