THE PHENOMENAL INTERNATIONAL BESTSELLER - 1 MILLION COPIES SOLD.

Transform your life with tiny changes in behaviour, starting now.

People think that when you want to change your life, you need to think big. But world-renowned habits expert James Clear has discovered another way. He knows that real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions: doing two push-ups a day, waking up five minutes early, or holding a single short phone call.

He calls them atomic habits.

In this ground-breaking book, Clears reveals exactly how these minuscule changes can grow into such life-altering outcomes. He uncovers a handful of simple life hacks (the forgotten art of Habit Stacking, the unexpected power of the Two Minute Rule, or the trick to entering the Goldilocks Zone), and delves into cutting-edge psychology and neuroscience to explain why they matter. Along the way, he tells inspiring stories of Olympic gold medalists, leading CEOs, and distinguished scientists who have used the science of tiny habits to stay productive, motivated, and happy.

These small changes will have a revolutionary effect on your career, your relationships, and your life.

This book gives a great amount of techniques, in depth examples and stories. These techniques and ways of thinking are powerful and I'm sure they will help anyone. You might find that you don't use all techniques but can pick and choose what is necessary to encourage or discourage certain habits. While you won't suddenly fix your whole life and routines with this book, you'll certainly be better equipped with the knowledge on how to have better control over your habits and it will help overall, in big ways or small ways.

The idea I most like in the book is how the author is trying to shift the focus from setting goals to building mechanics & systems without ignoring the important of goal setting at the same time.

Done. Great book. Will recommend? Yes. Listening to a book narrated by the author himself is indeed an exceptional experience. Audiobooks are underrated. The book's contents may come across as obvious things to some people. Nonetheless, these are important reminders.

This was a helpful book on building good habits and overcoming bad ones. My biggest takeaway - just show up! This speaks to being consistent daily toward building a habit, even it is just doing a very little bit every day. In relation to this is the idea of working on building a habit first a little bit at a time (establishing it), before refining it.

The most practical, actionable book on habits and behavior change I have ever read. If you liked mini habits by Stephen guise, the slight edge by Jeff olsen, and the compound effect by Darren hardy, you will love this.
