I am halfway through the book and cannot wait to start the 30 days program. However, I fell that the amount of food that is set to eat throughout the day is going to be a problem for me. I am not hungry on keto, and this seems like way too much food for me. I think I might go with the fasting plan, bc naturally, I do not eat a lot when in ketosis. Regardless this book is a great buy for the information alone.
