Unabridged Audiobook
The content of the book is very good, but I do find it is hard to follow as an audiobook because there are so many exercises interspersed throughout the chapters. I tend to listen to books in the car or when doing chores, so stopping so often to do exercises and meditations is not practical. I found it frustrating because I wanted to be able to hear the content and main ideas while my hands were busy and go back and do the exercises, but that was really hard to do without listening to the whole section over again. I'd prefer to consume this title as a hard copy book rather than the audio format.
