    I Loved this book. This book finally have me the push I needed to switch to a plant based diet. I was apprehensive, but now I'm a believer. I am starting understand toxins how toxins and chemicals hurt my body and how fruits and vegetables provide all the vitamins and minerals you need to thrive. I was on a low carb diet before and that diet caused me to limit my fruits and vegetables because they are higher carb. Now I focus less on the carbs and more on the nutrients. This book is informative, very well written, and narrated so well :)

    Surprised I’ve been able to live this long. Good input on vitamins in later cd’s. Could use more of what to eat vs. what to stay away from.

    This book is amazing and it changed my life and the way I look at food. A good portion of the book is dedicated to sugar and the evil that it is. How it changed our taste buds over time and how sugar is #1 villain in the pursuit of health and a healthy weight. In the beginning it seemed a little overwhelming because it made me understand so much about Why we should give up sugar but then when I tried to apply it I realized sugar is everywhere is obvious things and things not so obvious and it's very very addictive. But it was an amazing wake up call that impacted my life so much and my food choices are 1000 times better. Plus if you're affected by any disease it's a great reference on how to approach and understand that from a natural side so you'll be able to get off medicine that's more detrimental to your health than helpful in the long run. Do not miss out. Hope it changes your life like it did mine!!
