Out of all the diet: Intermittent fasting, Keto, Atkins, Paleo diet is the best for me, it makes so much sense when you think about it. Our ancestors ate like this for way more years then we do know and looked way better when fat people these days, so let’s do it, people. Paleo is the way to go!
