Maggi: Welcome to the show, Dr. Janet and we are talking about women and energy and health and fitness and wellness. And, here’s the thing, Dr. Janet, I know that you hold master’s degrees in like everything; nutrition and fitness.
But, let’s go back to the very beginning because I really want to know just from you what – what got you started, where – where did – what happened in your life that piqued your interest in getting into exercise science and nutrition and health?
Dr. Janet: Well, I was always interested, I think as a teenager, I was always interested for some reason in nutrition and I just found it fascinating and I always love to exercise.
And then, I became a flight attendant and struggled with my weight to make at the time when back then when flight attendant you had to make your weight and I love to eat. I also love to eat healthy, but I like to eat.
