    I just finished with the audio CD's. I have to say that I've tried all kinds of diets and I always days/weeks/months after end up in failure, because I'm kept away from certain foods. This book had taught me that with excercise and with 3 balanced meals I should see results. I've started eating healthier and hit the gym already and feel fine! I look forward to Saturdays - thats my cheat day!

    I found this to be a quick, fun little book. Lots of little facts about Sly were brought to my awareness. He was a very left motivated individual and actually accomplished much. On the note of weight loss, ah nothing really for me to gain.
