Roger Frock grew up in a classic rural setting, complete with an outhouse with a half moon on the door, and a Sears catalogue in place of bathroom tissue. He went on to become a founder of Federal Express and served as its chief operating officer and president from 1971-1981, a company that broke the mold with regard to innovation, growth, and service.
