Amazing narrative such as a full therapy if you ever question your relationship with your mother. If you ever felt you were forcing a relationship that doesn’t exist and you still feel that you were never good enough. This helps you believe you are not insane but most importantly takes away the guilt and the obligation, even the religious guilt that traps you into thinking you are a walking sin having decided to end a natural but toxic relationship with your mother. The author has put into words what I could never articulate and wish I was able to. Now I can forward this to someone when I can’t explain, if they want to know. So funny at times may be if you can relate.
very soothing book to listen to ... I'll most likely listen to it again because it was just that informative.
