Wayne Knight started out his acting career in the theater, first appearing on Broadway in 1979, though he is best known for his roles as Newman in "Seinfeld" and Nedry in "Jurassic Park". His stage work includes "Measure for Pleasure", which was developed with the aid of the Sundance Playwrights Festival. He has starred regularly in six television series, and his film appearances include "JFK", "Basic Instinct", "To Die For", "Rat Race", "Dead Again", and "Dirty Dancing".
