The average professional is interrupted every eleven minutes and spends more than half the workday reacting rather than leading. In The 0–10 Rule: A Science-Backed System for Laser Focus in a Busy World, behavioral scientist Dr. Michelle Rozen, PhD, introduces a framework rooted in clinical psychology that converts subjective judgment into structured decision-making, helping leaders prioritize what truly moves the needle.

The 0–10 Rule asks leaders to rate every task, decision, and commitment on a scale of 0 to 10 based on strategic impact. Items scoring 9 or 10 receive full attention and resources; everything below 7 gets delegated, deferred, or dropped. The framework scales from individual contributors to C-suite executives and entire organizations, delivering faster decisions, reduced burnout, and higher engagement. Listeners will also discover:

- Techniques for protecting cognitive bandwidth so leaders can focus energy on high-value work that drives measurable results
- Strategies for delegating and deferring low-impact tasks without losing accountability or dropping critical organizational commitments
- A scalable framework designed to work for individual contributors, cross-functional teams, and enterprise-wide leadership development programs
- Research-backed insights drawn from behavioral science and tested with leaders at organizations including Pfizer, Coca-Cola, and Kaiser Permanente
