Detective Lindsay Boxer chases an elusive suspect...her husband.

As she settles into motherhood and a happy marriage, Lindsay Boxer thinks she has found domestic bliss. But when a beautiful, alluring blonde woman with links to the CIA disappears from the scene of a brutal murder at a downtown luxury hotel, Lindsay's life begins to unravel. Before she can track down the woman for questioning, a plane crash plunges San Francisco into chaos and Lindsay's husband Joe vanishes. The deeper she digs, the more Lindsay suspects that Joe shares a secret past with the mystery blonde. Thrown into a tailspin and questioning everything she thought she knew, Lindsay turns to the Women's Murder Club for help as she tries to uncover the truth. Filled with pulse-pounding international intrigue, 15TH AFFAIR proves that all is fair in love, war, and espionage.

The book was interesting and maintained interest; however, the discs sent to me were flawed. The last disc was totally "unreadable" because of a deep scratch.

Always enjoy James Patterson's books. This lived up to expectation. Narrator was excellent.

  • Renae Roepke

Narrator did a great job. Story line left me wanting more. murder club involvement was less than usual.

  • Lynsey Parker

  • Corri Harvey

Great book for a long drive. Short chapters that move quickly and a story that you can follow easily. Great twist at the end too!

  • Cindy Legault

A good listen all the way through. Full of energy and keeps you on your toes.

  • Nancy Dickinson

Really good, gets you involved right away & keeps you hooked until the end! I got a little confused midway in, but that was straightened out a bit later. Not too predictable, which I always appreciate :)

  • Marsha Rock

Good book to listen to on a long drive! Easy to follow the storyline and drive.

  • Elaine Hand

Liked the twist and the unfinished waiting for 16!
