Excellent adaption and performance of a classic work

I was extremely disappointed in the product. When I buy an audiobook, I expect a good reading of the author's work. This was more like the soundtrack from a movie. I'm going to have to buy an unabridged version of the true book from someone else!

Great book with current happenings validity

Have never read this book but knew loosely of its importance. Amazing how this is playing out now. Enjoyed the dramatised version.

I thought the narration was a bit too much, but I really liked the book. I am going to have to read this now.

I read this as a teenager, but had forgotten all the details. It was way better than expected. The narration was spot on, and I loved this version of it, done in the old radio style.

The theatrical adaptation of the book did not meet my expectations.

I remember reading this book in school! Hv referred back to it ‘s synopsis for decades! I would like to actually READ it again someday. This audio had many area which were very hard to understand w the intentional background noise and whispering. One of the very few books i remember from 16 years of school/college. Scary in the truth.

Actually so good! Bit scary and intense but should be played at full volume some loud bits of screaming and crowds and stuff but well done, great adaptation.

I enjoyed this novel somewhat but the dramatic adaption was sometimes a bit distracting with the loud background noises. The story is somewhat alarming with some of the political stances of today....

This was great. Made me look forward to listening .

Loved the performances, all the characters and presentation were well done.

Well directed and voices. The immersive listen takes a lot of the extra details and turns them I to sound effects!!
