Good insights that can be applied to both personal and professional relationships. The teachings and theories aren't rocket science, but they are well packaged here. However, I have two complaints, 1) In a few places, the narrator references a companion worksheet, which is not available on Audiobooks. 2) The musical interludes are rather annoying, drawn out and unnecessary. The book could probably have been cut down by almost 15 minutes without these interludes.
