While I was expecting more thematic depth and complexity, I still throughly enjoyed the book's wholesomeness and heartwarming ending. It's now on my list of comfort books.

Interesting premise, relatively trite execution. Narrator has a lovely voice, but chops everything up in to 2-4 words chunks, so it felt really choppy much of the time. Entertaining, but I'm glad it wasn't longer.

This cautionary tale was a bit shallow for my tastes and teetered on the preachy side. I found myself hate-listening, wondering if it was ever going to end.
