Summary
Brought to you by Penguin.

This audiobook in The Thursday Murder Club series is read by a new narrator, Fiona Shaw.

A new mystery is afoot in the third book in the Thursday Murder Club series from record-breaking, bestselling author Richard Osman.

This audiobook includes an exclusive interview between Richard Osman and journalist and TV presenter Steph McGovern.

It is an ordinary Thursday, and things should finally be returning to normal.

Except trouble is never far away where the Thursday Murder Club are concerned. A local news legend is on the hunt for a sensational headline, and soon the gang are hot on the trail of two murders, ten years apart.

To make matters worse, a new nemesis pays Elizabeth a visit, presenting her with a deadly mission: kill or be killed...

While Elizabeth grapples with her conscience (and a gun), the gang and their unlikely new friends (including TV stars, money launderers and ex-KGB colonels) unravel a new mystery. But can they catch the culprit and save Elizabeth before the murderer strikes again?

It bothers me when the narrator whispers. It doesn’t work on audiobooks and takes from the experience. I don’t know why the previous narrator was not on this book. She was excellent.

Excellent book. Fiona Shaw was spectacular, her narration was sublime.

A great read, probably not on the same level as the first two installments, but alot of fun nonetheless. Richard Osman has developed the characters brilliantly and I look forward to the next book.

I liked the story, but I preferred Leslie Manfield as the narrator. I always find it jarring when I listen to a series and the narrator is switched up.

Great story telling. Twists and turns, love the main characters and how new ones are introduced. This series is a firm favourite. Keeps you gripped right to the end. Bring on the next book!!

What a fun group of novels this series has turned out to be. The characters are well thought out, complex people who feel authentic and are terribly funny. What a great sense of humour Richard Osman must have.

Part way through this and loving it as much as the previous 2 in the series. I was initially very dismayed to find Lesley Manville replaced by Fiona Shaw interms of narration, but after a couple of chapters to adapt, I was actually laughing out loud in particular at the characterisation of Joyce, absolutely brilliant!

I just love the gang! Narrator is fantastic, I love how she’s able to captivate the different characters. I know whose speaking without having to be told. Thank you so much for the super light and fun twists and turns!

Why did you change the Narrator. Voices don’t fit with their personalities. Very disappointing.
