Loved it was very helpful and a great way to open your mind.
I loved the support this book provides for every phase of a relationship. Jay has tangible, applicable exercise that are easy to conceive but not necessarily easy to apply (relationships are hard work). A lot of tjr advice can also be extended to other facets of life, like non romantic and professional relationships.
Insightful provides an opportunity to view inside yourself.
Great book with so many gems!
