There are three separate sections covered in this book. The first is how to keep your employees in their highest state of productivity which the author terms as 'flow'. The methods for doing this are fairly obvious - keep them challenged, feeling as part of a team and recognized for their achievements. The second section discusses the habits of leaders to show readers how they can learn their strengths, what to do with them and when to know that you're in the right/wrong job. I found this section to be the most interesting, but also much too short. The final section is about business ethics in that businesses should be contributing to society not harming it. A nice thought, but given the times, probably not very realistic. Overall I found this book to be satisfactory.
Very well done. The narrator reminds me of Rod Sterling from "The Twilight Zone" so this is fun to listen to. The information is excellent. I will listen to this one again.
