Ignorance is bliss, and more than anything, I wish I'd never learned the truth.
Once I finished repairing my broken well and coming to terms with the fact that I was in love with both Tess and Nera, I expected to return to Sanguine and recover, not get into a fight with my sister, leaving part of Sanguine destroyed.
After my fight with Gwen, everything is perfectly clear. With my ascension to C-Rank, I now have power beyond even an S-Ranked Blood Mage. But I can no longer keep my abilities hidden. Desdemona Ingram, the headmistress of Sanguine Academy, knows about my blood, and the only thing she sees is a tool.
To that end, my party and I are being sent across the country to investigate disturbing reports of demonic activity. Though the challenges in front of us are numerous, the problem we've come to learn is...it's not the demons we need to worry about.
