Unabridged Audiobook
enjoy the second book as much as the first
I found the storyline a little rushed and a lot of unnecessary fluff. It's a storyline I have read before, but better written (Battaglia series). I found very little endearing about Laura. She appeared to me, to be very superficial and bratty, the theme throughout of her throwing tantrums. I found her very unlikeable & fickle, no depth to her character. My sympathies lay more with the Torcelli family & I dont think that was the intention .
You know I love this more than the film. I love the raw passion of Blanka’s real story. I love the way she describes Laura’s immature mistakes, her thought process is honest and relatable. It makes me reminisce my twenties, reflect on my own pain and dark humour life deals us and the baddies we meet along the way. #OlgaForever! Bravo to the voice artist, really captured the inner heroine of Laura. I can’t wait for the next instalment.
