Unabridged Audiobook
Storyline and narration were both great
Narrator was great! Book was good. Nice easy listen.
Great story set in familiar location. I actually prefer Stephen kings non-horror tales.
This book was lovely. Like all of Stephen King's books, it was descriptive and had terrific character development - enough so you really felt like you were inside the main character's (Devon's) skin. It differed in that it wasn't a true horror story. It was more of a coming of age story/murder mystery lite. However you classify it, it was a terrific story and the reader did a great job with it. It kept my interest throughout.
This was a beautiful story with some moments of real pain and fear. Devon is such a likable character, and the setting of the amusement park is handled in a refreshingly different way. The narrator is excellent.
Stephen King captures my interest with the first paragraph of every book I've read or listened to, and this one is no different. The narrator is one of the best I've heard.
I believe this was a little different for a Stephen King novel. It is more of a character development story than horror. Sure there's a ghost, but the ghost is a relatively minor character. Well worth the time. The ending gives you some thoughts to reflect on.
Great Book. Really enjoyed it. Interested throughout. Recommend it!
Very enjoyable story. Liked the fact that it was not predictable
I really liked the story- a mix of thriller and romance. I also enjoyed the narration.
Awesome book. I love Stephen King! The person reading may have used a bit more enthusiasm and character but otherwise it was a good read.
Stephen King is a great storyteller. This is suspenseful and engaging.
This was sold as a crime book/ ghost story. It is very little if either. As with 11/22/63 we are promised one story and given another. This is a coming of age story. Taken as such the story is a good one. However, sold as a crime/ ghost novel it is a broken promise.
LOVE THIS BOOK! The narrator was perfect! A must listen for sure!
