I think if all this detailed info about how food impacts the body, the importance of detox, and how to break additions I'd be healthy a very long time ago. This info isn't new so why is the author the first one to break it down in the simplest form?
FINALLY! Everything I have heard over the years pertaining to weight loss is now all in one place! The narrator was pleasant to listen to, as well! I am glad I chose this audio version..I enjoyed the book so much that I decided to purchase the paperback version, also! Thanks Audio Books!
