Unabridged Audiobook
A compelling 'listen', if not extremely disconcerting at quite how Trump is systematically destroying the US' standing in the world. I'm not American, but am - alike everyone else - affected by how and what they do 'for' & 'to' the rotw. I couldn't stand Bush (either of them, including Jeb) and could not fathom how GW was re-elected for a second term. To me, he was as disastrous as Reagan. Surely there could be no worse an administration? Then along came Trump. As stated in Fire & Fury, the Trump calamity was straight out of The Producers playbook. Yes, this is obviously not a pro' Trump book. And occasionally the narrator cannot help himself but speak using tones of condescension and disbelief. That may not be strictly professional, but personally, I feel those tones are deserved. The book is, as you would expect from such a luminary as Woodward, well written and to update an old phrase, hard to click pause on. Thoroughly recommended and worth whatever you paid for it.
A compelling and enlightening read made a really easy listen by Robert Petkoff's silky narrative.
Good read and the narration was excellent
