Abridged Audiobook
This is really good info, but she sounds like she is talking to kindergarteners.
An okay book. She has some great ideas, but implementing them is hard.
This is a book worth buying if I didn't belong to the book club. A lot of good points . This book talks about the different stages we women go through and how it effects our bodies. The one point I loved that the author made is "We are women and can't eat a man size portion". This is not just another book about everything in moderation it is a real look at how we eat or should eat.
I enjoyed listening to these. I bought the book after hearing the CDs. Listening to this was a great pep talk -- to get started on a healthier eating/fitness regimen or to stick with on that you are already doing and enhance it with the many good suggestions you'll hear. I like how it's tailored to women and stages of life, mentioning research findings, nutritional needs, etc. just for women.
