Unabridged Audiobook
A narrator makes or breaks an audiobook. I couldn’t get past this one.
Great story line and great twists. I personally find the story got a bit drab and slow; focusing on too many specifics, but overall good read.
It was slower paced than what I was expecting. I guessed early on who the killer was so I wasn't surprised when it was revealed. It didn't become interesting for me until the end once the killer was revealed. I felt that the story picked up in pace once that was exposed. Not a bad listen. I think others will enjoy it, however it just didn't quite feed my appetite for suspense. I was looking for edge of my seat but maybe for other listeners it will be?
I thoroughly enjoyed the Absence of Mercy. Edge of my seat most of the time. Great story, great narration.
