FBI serial killer hunter Hank Rawlings is knee-deep in dead bodies. Prison guards. Inmates. Innocents. A pair of sheriff's deputies. A soccer mom. All murdered by an escaped con named Charles 'Chuck' Burr, a man who has cut a bloody path from Louisiana to Texas.
