Unabridged Audiobook
I like books Miss Howard better than tv
Story cuts like a knife. The lovely thing about it is the ease of dialogue. I know another writer who has that gift and it makes all the difference in how the story flows and how the quality sticks to your ribs and your mind. I was also very impressed with the skill the narrator infused in the reading. This narrator was better than up to the job, he could change voices like a pro figure skater switches from one set of jumps to another, making it look or rather sound easy. Bravo to all!
This book is an INCREDIBLE read!!
Inyemse and surprising. Loved it as well as movie.
I thought that the narrator spoke to fast a lot of it could not understand
Overall, I enjoyed the story, the plot, and the action. There were times, though, I would lose interest due to the detail of places and things that, while interesting, were irrelevant to the story. I'm glad it had such historical detail, but felt the unnecessary parts made the story drag in places.
A terrific read. Amazing use of fact and fiction combination to crested a thrilling mystery and an awesome appreciation for the psychological genius behind criminal profiling!
We'll written story. The story line a little unnerving with the life of immigrants in 1800's. Guidall is a great narrater
Overall brilliantly written and read page turner! Absolutely recommend this crime/mystery novel.
Loved every minute of it... My first audio book and I was transported to NY in the 1800's... I wish I could listen to it all over again for the first time
