This is a terrible book. The author talks about the same points over and over and over throughout the book,just adds a new heading. The narrator is horrendous. he is literally speed reads through this. you cant tell when one section ended and another starts. he miss pronounces words as he is reading so fast. the tone and tempo of this give one anxiety. Total waste of money!
