Unabridged Audiobook
This book is nice for someone who has a difficult time managing stress and lashes out when stressed or angry. The methods and situations in the book are really thought provoking.
I thought the author had lived with me my whole life after listening so many of the examples. And to know that I am not alone with this problem was liberating.
This book has brilliant ideas for understanding where your anger is coming from, and it also talks about why you don’t like all that anger!
