This audiobook takes us back to Starlight Hill where another resident finds his HEA. A while back, Joe Hannigan, former military pilot and now a civilian pilot for those interested in a skydiving adventures, fell in love with celebrity stylist Kailey Robbins . But before he could profess his love to her, she not left his town but left him heartbroken. Kailey left, not because she didn’t love him , but because of fears of loving and then being left behind. Something she experienced as a child. All that changes when Joe is in an airplane crash and she rushes to him. The story was touching , sweet, with well developed plot and characters. Not easy to do in a novella. The narrator, Kimberly Austin, does a good job with the various voices. This is one perfect for an afternoon of leisure. I was entrusted a copy of this audiobook.
