Even though this is written mostly from a female point of view, there is lots of good information. I made lots of notes on my computer, using Word, so that I can refer back. Lots of good ideas and lots of good "lists" of things that do and don't work... Excellent to listen to.

It's good to hear it, but it's a little jugemental. With patiance and love all is well.

Tho this is written to women for mating with Men, if you can see through the wording the message is the same no matter what sex you look for. Her exercises are for everyone and I encourage you to use them. You cannot be someone worth having unless you know all your patterns. She points out the importance of being ready. And that our past does affect our future. Be clear and brave enough to make known what you are looking for and have courage to be alone before settling. She writes well and reads well, I listened to it 3 times and heard new stuff each time.

Moderately useful. Gives you the tools to label your emotional attachments, but doesn't give you direction on what to do next.

This title helps put relationships into perspective and allows you to clearly identify with your emotions. It also helps bring the true status of your relationship to light.
