-- While the timeless topic is not in and of itself meaty, the author actually gives the listener much to think about. Also, the book's back and forth dialog examples require attention to catch the nuance of the art of conversation presented by the author. These two facts requires the listener's undivided attention but for the simplest of multi-tasking--like folding laundry, doing dishes, pulling weeds. -- This abridged version comes in at a quick 2.5 hour listen--easy enough to do in one sitting. -- This audiobook version is narrated by the Englishwoman author. So, be prepared for a soft, humor-laced accent with English social references.
