Wasted $14 on a primitive book even for a novice negotiator, like me. It teaches you almost nothing. The Art of negotiating? Not even close! It's so basic, it's horrible!.30 mins is a complete book of nothing. Wish I spent that money on a better book! Will never buy books from this author ever again.
