Unabridged Audiobook
I found the diet easy to follow. One of the things I struggled with other cookbooks was to find specific ingredients. However, with this book, I easily found them in my local supermarket. I also enjoy the simplicity. I hated to count calories or having days off etc., which I experience with other diets. I feel the Atkins diet is a more feasible diet long-term. After one week, I am already experiencing some results, such as more concentration, I don't have so many sugar cravings, and feel more energetic. I also enjoyed the meal plans, which made it easier for me to adopt this lifestyle. I will keep following the Atkins diets. However, this book was a great introduction.
