Unabridged Audiobook
I love Alexis Hall, and I liked this book. The characters are si memorable but relatable, and the writing is so funny but serious in just the right places. The only thing I would critique about this one as opposed to Alexis Hall's other works is that the characters are too good at communication and conflict resolution, meaning that in the end, story-wise, there is not a lot happening. I was waiting for a big emotional drama in the climax, and it didn't happen. Fair enough, that is how real life works at times, but the story just isn't as satisfying as others I have read by the same author. Still really good though. The narrator is fantastic by the way, she really makes each character come to life.
