This is a good story. I was interested from the first word. A sad and happy story but told really well. The narrators were a good fit for this one. Jenna Lamia is a favorite narrator of mine and always keeps me interested. I’d listen again.

This book unputdownable, from the first page. Twins Lillie and Abby took me on all types of roller coaster, the highs and lows. Lillie was abducted by her high school teacher, Rick Hanson and held captive for 8 years, he abused her and even had a baby (sky) with her. He went to school for years acting as though nothing was wrong, he even went to the extremes of setting search and rescue efforts looking for lillie when he knew he had her at his cabin. Rick was sick, when lillie and sky escaped he was mortified, later confessing that he did it and that she wasn't the only one. Abby ended up killing rick in court by stabbing him to death. Abby her twin also ended up messing with her boyfriend while she was missing and got pregnant. This story is sooooo freaking good. I loved it. Thought it was suspenseful, although there was one part I thought was highly unrealistic, but I'm not gonna give anything away.

Good read! Loved the story and the characters! Easy to follow and we'll narrated.
