The Battle In Our Mind

We live in our minds nowhere else. We laugh and cry there. We enjoy and suffer there. We become active or lazy there. We talk to ourselves at times to try and resolve situations to our fictitious thoughts. We at times talk so much we “overthink” and create problems which don’t exist. This audio discusses this.
