Started off thinking it would be rally good but turns out to be too unrealistic for me.

I really enjoyed this! I was so shocked at the ending. You want to be on one side but find yourself on the other at the end! So good

Honestly almost DNF. Had I of not spent a credit on this book and it was free…. Very very slow burn, was not anything hyped up through the entire book. No action or trauma, I felt it was all in the last few chapters. And was very predictable. Disappointed. I had no emotional connection or and reaction through the entire book. The twist felt too far stretched. Wasted my time really aggravating

Surprising twist I didn't see coming

I really enjoyed this book, I was a twisty engaging read. I saved quotes from it.

Hard to have sympathy for main character, but still I enjoyed the book.

I wanted to enjoy this and I stuck with it until the end, but overall I just didn't like it at all. The way in which the story unfolded was disappointing and anticlimactic. Disappointing - especially after all the hype.

Books offer some strange twists that make it a great listen.

I read a different Alice Feeney book last year and was delighted with its twists and turns. I enjoyed this book just as much. I like when my suspicions are confirmed. I also like surprise that I don't see coming. This book had all of it. I think it might also have re-read potential so see if there are other hints and clues that I missed on the first go-through.

I enjoyed it a lot , well written and the narration is fabulous ! The only reason I didn’t give 4 stars is because it was a bit creepy and I didn’t expect that at all.

There was a bit of a slow start but I simply increased the listening speed to meet my personal enjoyment. This book was very clever and eloquently written. The narration was amazing. The twists were so unpredictable and satisfying. The book was very unique and the use of wordplay was perfectly done. The ending left my jaw open!

This book started off a little slow, but man oh man, is it worth it? It slowly continues to add details and such thrilling suspense, a mix of romance and working together for future dreams and suspense and oh my gosh what is happening now!!!!??? The audiobook adds sounds of the sea and crackling walkie-talkies. It really makes the book come alive.! I truly enjoyed this audio ! Perfect for hands free moments

I really enjoyed this book. Some things were predictable, but most of it was not and I was genuinely surprised by the ending and the few twists thrown at the reader. Definitely recommend!

All though I didn’t care for the very end, it was a great listen! Something different, that’s for sure. This is my second Alice Feeney book, and I will be looking for more!

Often I kind of see where a book is going at least by 3/4 in. However, I could not get a clue on this one until the unraveling it the end. Great twists, I didn't see it coming. I enjoyed this book. kept me intrigued and guessing. Well written. The narration was perfect So easy to follow. I may listen again, just to catch all of the twist nuances, now that I know what was happening.
