Beginners Daily Yoga is made up of five different practical 15 minute sessions that contain simple and effective postures that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalised.
Four of the sessions feature various held postures whilst the fifth session links the postures together to form a flowing sequence known as a yoga vinyasa. All five sessions conclude with a relaxation section.
In each session the postures are introduced using clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with a different atmospheric background music track.
The sessions are devised and instructed by Sue Fuller and were recorded in a professional sound studio. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years.
The Beginners Daily Yoga sessions are accompanied by a free PDF guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture featured.
