Well written unfortunately AI spoiled what would have been exceptional

boring and tedious

Scary story. The AI narrator didn’t bother me. In fact I like it better than bad humans. It’s a little predictable that’s why I gave it 4 not a 5.

The repetitiveness of the same thing over and over again is really annoying, just to fill the pages. Also this is not how policing works!!!!

As a chronic finisher, I was astonished by my inability to complete this book. I thought the writing was unimaginative, repetitive and redundant. I expected more depth of character rather than eighty ways to explain the same traits. The storyline offered no surprises. The narrator often placed inflections and phrased sentences in areas that I doubt were intended by the author. At times I wondered whether the narrator was as bored as I. She certainly sounded bored. If you are looking for a book that offers mystery, twists and turns, it might be wise to pass this one by.
