Thirteen Texas Folklore Society members offer spoken word performances, introduced by award-winning western writer Elmer Kelton with music by the East Texas String Ensemble. Subjects include fly control (with a harmonica Shoo Fly solo), horny toads, Texas kitsch, bread lore, travel lore, uppity women, Jesse James, house husbands, e-lore, potted pork parts, Pepe's Panaderia, Hell, heroes, and much more.
