Wonderfully exciting.

A timeless story that can be enjoyed by all age groups and especially for pre-teens. The pace of the book flows quickly and the author develops enough of the relationship between the Black Stallion and young Alec to root for their success at the end. The narrator was very good. I enjoyed this book knowing that it was a classic and would be predictable with a happy ending.

A good listen

Great book for my 8 year old and I to listen to and write a report over. He learned about a couple of seas and we looked at them on the map and also about horses.
