I have enjoyed all of T.I Lowe’s books so far and look forward to more. The stories are really great and I always enjoy the characters. That said… this one was A-W-F-U-L! Not because it wasn’t cute and sweet bc the story was (with the exception of the extreme overuse of “doll”) but because of the narration, especially the male voice. It is so bad that I nearly stopped the book a number of times but decided to press on bc it was a short book and I really wanted to follow the story through. I am so glad to have it over with and now move on to the next in the series. I checked and has a different narrator, thank goodness bc I wouldn’t have downloaded if so. Fingers crossed it’s as good or better than the first one in the series!
